1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Brooklyn GOP Portal operated for Brooklyn GOP / Kings County Republican Party. By using the portal, visitors agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with these terms.

2. Purpose of the Portal

The portal is designed to provide public information, event listings, media content, candidate information, volunteer opportunities, public statements, supporter-card information, and administrative tools for authorized staff.

3. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Portal content is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing on the portal is legal, tax, financial, campaign-finance, or election-law advice. Users and administrators should consult qualified counsel, treasurers, or compliance professionals for official guidance.

4. User Submissions

Users may submit forms for volunteer interest, event RSVP, contact requests, supporter-card interest, feedback, or press inquiries. Users agree to submit accurate information and not impersonate others, submit malicious content, or misuse portal forms.

5. Supporter-Card Program

The Make Big Apple Red Again Supporter Card is part of a separate supporter campaign. It is not voter registration, not official party enrollment, and does not create legal membership in any political party committee.

Public references to supporter-card levels, recognition, physical cards, referrals, or monthly support must be reviewed before publication and must not imply official party rights.

6. Communications

Users may receive communications only according to applicable consent, opt-out, unsubscribe, and suppression rules. Live mass email, SMS, phone, or voicemail systems must not be activated without approval and working opt-out controls.

7. Contributions, Payments, and External Links

Payment buttons, contribution links, recurring-support options, or candidate donation links may be displayed only after legal, treasurer, compliance, processor, disclaimer, and Super Admin review where required. External links may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, documents, media assets, and portal designs may be owned by the organization, candidates, campaigns, contributors, or third parties. Visitors may not copy, modify, misrepresent, or commercially exploit portal content without permission, except as allowed by approved share/download tools.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access admin routes without authorization.
• Submitting false, abusive, unlawful, spam, or malicious content.
• Scraping, harvesting, or misusing personal information.
• Bypassing consent, suppression, export, or access controls.
• Misrepresenting supporter-card status as official party membership or voter registration.
• Using the portal for unauthorized fundraising, voter targeting, robocalls, or automatic messaging.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The portal may embed or link to YouTube, Rumble, Vimeo, payment processors, email/SMS providers, social platforms, or other external services. Those services are controlled by third parties, and the organization is not responsible for their independent policies or availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. The organization does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or the availability of third-party integrations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization and authorized administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the portal.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated. The current approved version should be posted publicly and archived internally.
